Sky Q remote on walker tv?

Hello,

Recently my sky q remote, which had previously been synced to my walker tv, lost power. After changing the batteries i have found the remote no longer controls the tv, only the box. I have tried to repair it through the steps given on the website , but have had no luck as i cannot seem to pair it with the tv due to the brand not being suplorted, despite it having worked previously.

If anyone has any advice that would be fantastic.

Hi @T+Cahill 

Try Other brands in the pairing procedure below.

With the Q box on with green led  try completly resetting your Bluetooth remote.
Press and hold 7 & 9 together on the remote until it’s led flashes four times.
Then make sure that you are pointing your remote at the Q box and press 1 & 3 together until the led flashes and follow onscreen instructions to re- pair.

Hi.  Walker used to be Vestel they have been rebranded labeled and have the Walker Logo now so go to Vestel in the pairing mode.  Try one of the Vestel codes.  The (SECOND) or third code should so the trick🙂  Walker used to be Vestel,  Vestel are now Walker.
