You may need to note that pressing & holding 4 & 6 sets the remote to infrared mode & thus should not be used unless you specifically need this mode (e.g. for a second remote)
Please may I suggest you do a full power restart of your Q box by removing the power to it (either switch off at mains or remove the power plug)
Wait at least 30s
Then re-apply the power & wait for it to fully restart - this may take a few minutes.
Then I suggest trying the reset of your remote:
As you may have tried, press & Hold the 7 & 9 until the remote's light (red LED above the SKY logo button) flashes 4 times
Then press 1 & 3 together to go through to re-pair with the box and your TV - make sure it has line of sight of the box as until it is paired it uses Infrared
As I mentioned initially, I do not suggest you press & hold the 4&6 buttons at any stage
