Sky Q remote control
The remote control is not working and I tried to fixed with all steps are given in the Help page in the MySky web-site

If your Sky Q remote is definitely broken/faulty, if you follow this link it should allow you to do some troubleshooting that you may not have tried and then it’ll send you to a form to request a replacement (this is not available for customers in the ROI).

It’s sometimes a bit quicker to purchase a new one from a retailer / main supermarket.

Followed the steps that are given in the link - remote control just doesn't react as there's no batteries (I put brand new batteries). Please replace remote control as it is brand new and equipment was set up just recently!
