Sky Q remote code for Panasonic/Vestel TV

Hoping someone can help. Have had a Panasonic TX-40C300B (Google suggests Turkish Vestel) for 10 years. When Sky Q was installed it was our main telly and engineer got main Sky Q remote set up for us working TV controls.  No issue at all until we got a new TV yesterday, reset that remote for new TV and all working fine too.

Moved the old telly through to a bedroom and can't get the remote for the mini box to recognise any of the Panasonic or Vestel codes that the Sky box cycles through.  Have been through all 10 (7 Panasonic and 3 Vestel) multiple times as well as other codes found with Google.  Also, reset the remote several times too.

Any suggestions to an alternative code that the original engineer may have used?

TIA

Thanks for the above, almost certain I've tried that already but I'll give it another go later in case I've made a mistake somewhere along the line 😳

Trying again. Should pressing 7 and 9 together until 4 flashes, then 1 and 3 together until 2 flashes achieve anything without me going into the setup menus?  Hard to be sure the way it's worded 😳

Re: Sky Q remote code for Panasonic/Vestel TV

It's just a standard sky q remote, not the one with the voice button or the silver touch controls.

That should make the box start the remote to TV pairing. Make sure you point at the box when you do it

Re: Sky Q remote code for Panasonic/Vestel TV

Doesn't seem to be doing anything 🤷🏻‍♂️.  It's a mini box if that makes any difference?

Main Sky remote and Q box worked fine with this telly, and this remote and box worked fine with the previous Hitachi telly so can't see it being a hardware issue but ...

Re: Sky Q remote code for Panasonic/Vestel TV

Thanks to anyone that's tried to help, done all of the above suggestions several times without success.

Not sure if it's my remote or the telly but it's only a second telly in the bedroom so I'll just need to learn to live with it ☹️
