Sky Q problems

Sky Q installed on Friday at 8am by 11am the box was completely unresponsive.

unplugged it all and restarted and was fine for 10 minutes. Then black screen.

keeps doing the same thing. I've been through all the online help tools, done everything suggested 

 

Sky haven't sent a new  router so I'm still using the old one I had for sky+

any advice appreciated
