Sky Q plays Netflix app but not live tv or any recordings

Have tried turning off, leaving and back on but cannot access any live tv or recordings. 
Been like it for a few days, thought it may have been to do with weather but obviously not.

Have you checked that the cables from the dish into the back of your Sky Q box haven't come loose?

@Christopher+Daws You could try resetting the settings in the Q boxes hidden menu.
To enter the hidden menu press the home button and scroll down to settings but do not select settings.
With settings highlighted press 0 0 1
Only Carry out the first Reset being Reset Settings as the others will wipe all recordings.
After the reset you will have to re-pair your remote assuming you are using a bluetooth remote by pressing 1 and 3 together on the remote

Thanks, it didn't give an option for reset. All I got was something stating LNB type.
