Hi,
I really need some help fixing my Sky Q box. I've checked the signal and it's fine: strength 50, quality 70, lnb set to wideband. Network connection is fine: connected to router and Internet. I've tried restarting the box, I've done the basic reset in the engineers menu. Some channels are giving the message "this channel is currently affected by a problem with your satellite signal" None of the recommended steps fix the problem. Please help!!
