Sky Q not working

My Sky Q main box has just switched off on its own and won't switch back on. It's not accepting any power

Are there lights at all on the front of your Q box?

 

Have you re-seated the power cable in the back of the box and tried a different socket on the wall?

 

If this all fails your box maybe dead, you will have to contact sky for a replacement.

Yes, just other customers.  If it's died completely then you'll need to call Sky for a replacement.
