Sky Q not connecting

My sky Q is not connecting to my TV and it is showing “Not Programmed”

Try selecting the correct input on the TV?

@Chinwe that sounds more like a message from your TV in regards to your freeview receiver as @PandJ2020 suggest you will need to change to the correct HDMI source to get Sky Q working normally HDMI 1 but could be any of the HDMI ports so best to try all of them 


I may be a Sky Superuser but I am still just a Sky customer
