Sky Q network connection

I'm getting this message "it looks like you do not have internet connection right now", try restarting your router and Sky Q box. You can also try resetting the network settings on your Sky Q box and follow the on-screen instructions to reconnect to your WiFi"

reset the router countless times, but loses connection again within minutes. Booked an engineer to visit but they can't come for four weeks! Which is frankly unbelievable .

 Has anyone a fix for this please,?

Sorry to hear about your connection difficulties. Could you supply some more information:

  • Has this always happened, or have you changed your setup?
  • What home hub/router are you using?
  • Do you have any mini boxes?
