Hi @Mary63
Have you tried pressing the Standby button (Amber led) on the front of the mini box.
If this turns the mini box on
With the mini box on with green led try completly resetting your mini Bluetooth remote.
Press and hold 7 & 9 together on the remote until it’s led flashes four times.
Then make sure that you are pointing your remote at the mini box and press 1 & 3 together until the led flashes and follow onscreen instructions to re- pair to TV.

Hi @Mary63 Have you tried using the power button on the box itself, to rule out a problem with the remote. Any lights on the box?

Hi @Mary63 Have you checked the fuse in the plug and the power cable is seated in the back of the box properly.

One of my Mini Boxes would not work - the red light stayed on all the time. I held the RESET button at the back of the box down for at least 20 seconds and it started working again.
