Sky Q mini not working

Every single day I try and use my sky Q mini box I have to either re establish sky Q mini box, update software or pull the power cable out and re set it to get it to work. Both boxes (mini and main) are new and were replaced last month. It always connects to WiFi and main box when it first comes on and I can see the recordings but can't watch any live TV as I just get a black screen on TV guide and a blue screen when I exit tv guide.
