A sky mini box for multiscreen was sent to me which I really don't need, because, I only have 1 TV.

With only one television set you don't need a Mini box at all.

However if you accepted the 'VIP Upgrade' from Sky+ HD then having the Multiscreen add-on is mandatory to get the offer price.
