I have a sky q main box and 1 mini box and want another mini box

I think you will need to call.

If you have the MY SKY app I think you may be able to find a number there - especially if you are a SKY VIP member
If not go this page & scroll to the bottom and expand the link need more help & scroll down

If you have SKY Mobile or SKY Talk land line then I think you can also call 150

BTW You may already know but just in case you don't - you can use a maximum of 2 minis at the same time for SKY content - Satellite/Recordings- (only one if you have the non UHD box - Hardware version 32Cxxx) although you can have up to 4 on the account

You may be able to use more at the same time if the first ones in use are only being used for Streaming apps such as Netflix or Disney+

@GeorgeBest123 you may be able to order one through you Sky Q main box press the home button scroll down to my Sky  you may be able to order through one of the icons in there failing that you will need to follow @nigea99 advice
