Hi, one of my SKY Q mini boxes just switched off this morning and I cannot get it to come back on
ive swapped it with another box from another room and that one works
theres power getting to it as the red light comes on after I switch it off and on again
its not the remote as I've pressed the button manually, still nothing
Looks to me like it's broken, do you know how I get a replacement?
