Sky Q mini box wireless connection

Hi

I have Sky Q with 3 mini boxes. Since moving house recently we have BT broadband and I've set up all the boxes. Initially everything worked great, but now the mini boxes don't seem to be working as a mesh / extender. I have the 2.4GHz wireless switched on as well as the 5GHz wireless.

Is the issue that I need to switch off the 5GHz?

Any advice would be much appreciated as the mini boxes working as an extender is a great benefit.

Thanks

Chris

Hi @Sedge2020

With 3rd party broadband the Q hotspots must be switched on.

Re: Sky Q mini box wireless connection

I have wifi hotspots switched on on the main box, but I don't see an option to switch it on on the miniboxes. Is that correct?
