Sky Q mini box running hot

Our main Sky Q box is cool to the touch, but the mini is too hot to touch at all times. I've tried resetting, restarting but nothing fixes this problem It works without issue but is a risk due to its constant heat issues. Any suggestion on solving the issue? thanks

Presuming that the mini box is in a well ventilated position it should always be cool enough that you can rest your hand on the top. You may need to contact Sky and get it swoped.
