Sky Q mini box non responsive

Mini box will not turn on only red light remote has no effect turning off resetting box has no effect cannot get green or orange light

Hi @Dr+Duncan 

Have you tried pressing the Standby button (Amber led) on the front of the mini box.
If this turns the mini box on
Try completly resetting your mini Bluetooth remote.
Press and hold 7 & 9 together on the remote until it’s led flashes four times.
Then make sure that you are pointing your remote at the Q box and press 1 & 3 together until the led flashes and follow onscreen instructions to re- pair.
