First thing to try is swapping the mini over with one of the working ones to see if it is an issue with the mini or it's location.
If it is the location is there one of the working minis which is closer to the location then the main Q box.
If there is; Try a Network Reset on the problem mini found in mini Home - Settings - Setup - Network.
Highlight Status and then select Reset on the right hand side. Follow instructions to connect by WPS to the nearest working mini.
