Sky Q lost internet connection

Sky Q not connecting to my sky broadband, tried everything, turned off at the mains. Goes off and on. Been off since tea time, I've been trying all night. Just come back on after over 6 hours off. What is happening, because my sky broadband is working my mobile phone ok , it's the sky Q that's keeps going off.

Frustrating to watch netflix or any films then it goes off

Sky Q not connecting to my  broadband wifi so i can't use the on demansd section, tried everything, turned off at the mains.  Reset everything still won't connect. Put the password in several times.. nothing wrong with my wifi. What else can i do.
