Hi all
I'm upgrading to SkyQ and have an engineer visit scheduled for a few weeks time.
I live in an apartment building and as a result have had a text from Sky saying that the engineer will need access to the communal TV system.
The property manager has asked me to get the engineer to contact them in advance to arrange this.
Has anybody done this before - my understanding is that the engineer will only make contact on the day of the installation- perhaps too late to get access?
Any thoughts?
