Sky Q install....long delay

Having ordered sky Q 2 weeks ago for my new property I have now been given an install date for early November...I am being told that my post code location is causing the delay

Presumably that actually means Sky is short of satellite installer personnel in the region.  There are fewer of them around these days, but three months does seem an extraordinary time to wait.
