Sky Q goes blank

i have sky Q 2tb box .. it randomly goes blank and the only way to get pictures and sound back on is unplug it and plug it back in.. then everything is fine until whenever it decides to go blank .. i have changed the hdmi cable and even plugged it in to different socket on tv .. its annoying .. if it needs changing should i go through sky or use sky protect as i've had that for years too  also i have tried using the secret menu to reset box .. no difference it still randomly goes blank .. thank you
