Sky Q disconnecting

My Sky Q box KEEPS disconnecting from the internet! 

The WiFi hub is next to it and range is excellent. Nothing else disconnects or has trouble with WiFi except the Sky box. 

multiple times a day, everyday I have to reconnect and put in password. 

this is extremely frustrating especially with four children constantly asking for password to reconnect 

 

please help

Use an ethernet cable?

This is happening to me too. It's happened for months every single day. Like you I have no issues with my wifi- it's just the Sky box. Have you managed to rectify it?
