Sky Q connection

I've tried to connect my sky q to my phone hotspot but didn't work and now I have no sky connection at all, I've always used it without an internet connection before with no problem

Q is primarily a dish-based system - what issue do you have?

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers
