Sky Q connection via the internet

I am a Sky Q customer and live in a block of flats. Everything is perfect using the communal dish.

Our new neighbours are having terrible problems receiving some  stations and can't receive TNT except on their mobile.

Can they connect their TV to the internet and ignore the dish?

Not if they have Sky Q  @Edna21 

Dishless Sky can only be done with Sky Glass or Sky Stream
