Sky Q but Netflix not working on Android app
I have Sky Q with Ultimaye add on, so get Netflix included. Netflix works OK on my TV, but the Netflix Android phone app asks me to login and then asks me to sign up for £5.99 per month. Why?

hi @KevinEccles
Check that you are using the same credentials as you are using on the SKY Q box
you can find out what email address you are logged in with :
Tab left to activate the Side menu , then scroll down to the line towards the bottom labelled "Get Help" & select
You should now get a sub-menu & under Member the email address should show on the right hand side
