Sky Q box

My Sky Q box is 6 years old. 
it's been not responding to being switched on. 
I've been tearing my hair out in frustration. 

I was told weeks ago that I would be getting a new box but as yet it's not arrived. 
it is working at the moment but often it doesn't switch on. 

Please send a replacement as  soon as possible please

Put an offical complaint in. Ask for a refund for unuse of service. Complain to ombudsman

You're not addressing Sky directly here.  You'll need to contact them again.

 

Remember to remove your viewing card if they offer a box swap.

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers
