I received my box but no viewing card, will they send a replacement out. Thanks

Are you a returning customer, or was it the doorstep swap of a faulty box and you left the card in the faulty one?

Returning customer, must have left my card in previous box that was returned

As far as I know, under those circumstances , the Messaging Team won't be able to help so you will have to call Sky and arrange a new one.
