The broadband will have no impact on your Q box sending a signal to your TV. You need to make sure you are using high speed HDMI cables of the same speed and specification and that your Sony amp is capable of full 4K passthrough if you are connecting the Q box to it.
Why not try connecting the Q box to the TV directly then using eARC to send the audio to the amp?
