Sky Q box wont accept router password

Hi. I'm using 3rd party wifi (with Three) All my devices connect to the router but the sky box won't accept the password. I have triple checked it's right but it keeps saying it isn't. My sky box was very slow so I did a software update which sorted the slow problem but since then the wifi won't connect with incorrect password prompt.  Any ideas?

Try restarting your Sky box and your router. If it still won't connect using the password, try using WPS to connect instead.
