Sky Q box turning off

Every evening whilst watching TV, our Sky Q box will just randomly switch itself on. We have to manually turn the box back on again and no other issues but the box can keep turning off. Any reason why this would happen or what we can do to prevent this?

Hi @Natalie2094 Change your Sky Q box's auto standby settings by pressing Home on your remote, navigating to Settings > Setup > Preferences, and selecting Standby mode. Change it from the default "Eco" to Active (low power mode with quicker start) or None (box stays on continuously), and select Confirm.

Thanks for replying but I cannot find set up under settings to be able to do this
