Sky Q box switches itself off and restarts.

So for the past half an hour, the box has been turning off and turning itself back on ending up in the restart screen, with ' you will be ready to go in a couple of minutes. your box will turn blank do not switch off.' It reloads, but in standby. I turn it on with remote. Sky starts for about 30 secs then it does it again.  Even if I leave on standby it just resets itself. 
I've tried switching everything off at the plug. 
My internet is fine. 
Any ideas?
