It gets stuck on a black screen with retrieving data or if you manage to get in it then just gives you a black screen with no programme available on anything you click or search for. Mini boxes are fine, I've unplugged, restarted, updated - every time day for about a week now
Had a guts full now, now I have hard drive issue, done all the resets for that but nothing and now sky broadband is on but nothing in the house will connect 🙂 what a great day
