Sky Q box staying in St/by

Went to switch on my SkyQ this morning and box will not switch on, tried the usual off for 10 min. Then it went through normal set up but again but won't come out of St/by

The hard drive may have died. If you've done all the following:

Give Sky a ring and they'll do some more troubleshooting and send you out a replacement box if necessary.
