Sky Q box return.
Sky want my Q box returned but unfortunaly the house I was living in has burnt down, the house is uninhabitable and prohibited to enter as the roof is falling in. The sky box was near the seat of the fire and has melted along with the tv. Do I have to pay the non return fee?

You would need to phone Sky and explain what has happened.

Almost certainly. I don't think they'll accept a lump of molten plastic and metal.
Your house insurance may cover it.
