Sky Q box replacement

Dpd said they would be delivering the replacement Sky Q box between the hours of

12.53 and 13 53.

I waited in between these times nothing was

delivered. Dpd are now saying the old replacement Sky Q box was not ready for

collection. (All lies) They say the parcel has now

been sent back to Sky.

What is happening?
