Sky Q box problems without satellite dish

As a result of building works, my sky dish is no longer active(no signal). However we were able to use the apps, Amazon, Netflix, iPlayer ets. Three weeks on the sky q box now requires a satellite signal.

and the sky Q mini boxes cannot connect to the activation server. Help please

@Jasmin05 afraid there is nothing that can be done until your box starts receiving a satelitte signal again this happens to all Q boxes if it doesn't get a satelitte signal after around 3 weeks
