Sky Q box needs restart every time

My Sky Q box needs to be re-started - that is unplug and then plug in again - every time I want to get the box to come on from Standby.

 

After a re-start/reboot it works as normal and so does the remote.  The problem is getting the box to come out of Standby mode.

 

Anyone experienced this?

@SteveAP what time of the day  does this happen at, or is it at any time of the day  it happens
