Sky Q box needs reset every time.

My Sky Q box keeps freezing and showing no programme guide or even any picture. The programme guide borders show but the screen is black. 

the only answer is to switch off power at the mains and leave for 30 sec. It happens several times a day randomly. 

none of the troubleshooting here is even close to my symptoms.

This has been happening all day to me and is driving me mad, even updated the software as instructed by the bot
