Sky Q box multiple errors

I am having multiple errors on my Sky Q box, including screen breaking up or freezing, Technical Fault, No Satellite signal ( but when I check the starus in Settings, it says good signal). This has happened frequently over the last 2-3 weeks and is now happening daily or twice daily. I can get it back again following online instructions to reboot or the 001 to reset to factory settings but it keeps happening. I contacted Sky and did a software update but it is still happening. One thing I did notice in settings was the signal strengrh was 50 but quality is 90. Should the signal strength be higher. I have checked that all cables are plugged in properly etc.

looks like it's best if you contact Sky for an Engineer @Jan1395
