Sky Q box missing in delivery

My sky q box has not been delivered. 
My sky broadband was delivered with no issues and installed on time. 
My sky q box was in a seperate package for delivery and has not been delivered. Royal Mail have marked it as delivered and submitted a blank photo as the "proof"

Sky Q boxes for new installations are brought by the engineer on the installation day. They bring the main box, remote, cables, any ordered mini boxes, and a dish if there isn't one at the address already.

Are you sure you didn't order Sky Stream? Pucks are sent via Royal Mail and are self-install.
