Sky Q box keeps dropping network.

For the past couple of months my Sky Q box keeps

dropping its internet connection. At least once a day or sometimes many more. I have BT/EE internet and it is working fine. All the Apps such as Netflix's work in the TV apps and my phone and Tablets show constant connection.  It also continually drops the mini boxes. If I'm honest it's making watching Sky frustrating and impossible. Also at least once a week the Sky Q box will not switch on, it stays on the yellow light and the fan whirls away. I have tried switching all the boxes and router off at the plug  to no avail. Is there a fix or could a Sky Texh Engineer please advise, this is so frustrating. Thanks in advance
