Sky Q box issues

Whenever we use the ‘red button’ the box freezes and we have to turn off and start again. In addition our mini box randomly (haven’t managed to identify a specific reason) disconnects/unlinks itself from the main box and so renders the tv unusable and needs to be paired again. Both these issues have occurred multiple times.

In addition, the help function on the app doesn't work. When going through the website (mobile) you can access this stage but it freezes when trying to access the contact numbers. This is my only route to access help.
