Sky Q box is locked up over several mornings

My Sky Q box is locked up on several mornings with the blue Q lit and a red and a green light. It can't be turned on or reset requiring a hard reset by unplugging and then restarting. It works well after this but next morning, same thing. Anyone else having this ongoing problem?

I've had this before. Had to get a new box.

 

But one thing - is it connected to the router over ethernet?

Hi Chodley,

 

Thanks for your input.

 

Not sure if you saw my reply. It's connected via broadband not Ethernet. I'll try contacting Sky directly and see whether I need a replacement box as this is happening every day now and I have to unplug the Q Box and go through basically a hard reset. That's not a fix.
