Sky Q box has number of issues

Yesterday could not get to my recordings. Rebooted main box several times and found 2 recordings that should have been an hour long but we're 10. Later it went wrong again so did a hard drive reset which seemed to fix the problem. 

Got up this morning and can only see live TV on my main box, and my multi room box says it has no satellite signal.

Tried rebooting my router and both boxes with no affect.

Have reconnected my 2 boxes and reconnected my to the Internet but nothing has changed

Finally got to speak to a human in person who has arranged for an engineer to come and replace my main box.

Appointment not until 5th April, which means I have a couple of weeks without recordings, catch up, on demand or multiform which I feel is unacceptable
