Sky Q box has no Audio output

My Sky Q box has lost sound 3 times in the last 2 days, I have to reboot the system to resolve this?

I've had similar problems over the last week on all Sky Q channels.

Put the Sky box into standby mode and turned it back on and sound returned.

Wonder if this is a Sky Q software bug as I updated the software recently?

I have been having this problem for while its just got worse lately. I get no error message just no sound. My sound is optical cable to a sound bar but when I reboot the sky box the sound comes back so the problem shouldn't be the sound bar.
