Sky Q box cuts out intermittently

The picture goes black for a few seconds intermittently. Definitely sky box issue

Hello,

I’ve had something similar happen, with the picture going black for a few seconds and then coming back. If it’s definitely the Sky box, I’d try a full restart and check the HDMI cable/port first. If it keeps happening !
