Sky Q box constantly disconnects from wifi
Sky Q box constantly disconnects from wifi after engineer visits and innumerable telephone calls where I've been promised it will be sorted out - it is still happening! I am so frustrated, we were told the only solution would be hard wiring. The last call with Sky customer service promised this and I've waited 3 weeks for the call - nothing. After 21 years of Sky, we are now not going to renew. Service is failing us. Payments for a service we don't get, and the occasional sweetener not asked for and added responsibility to cancel, is not providing a service. Very, VERY fed up.
