Hi @turtle4555
Not of the packages actually include UHD.
To access any UHD (or HD) you need the additional add on monthly subscriptions which are:-
If you are only being charged £9 it looks like you have the HD add on but not HD and UHD

hi @turtle4555
There are no monthly charges for the boxes - although there is often a one off admin charge for the higher spec boxes
Personally I would not rely on upgrading online & call SKY to make sure that you get them to confirm exactly what box you are getting - although it should I don't think you can rely on getting a UHD box even though you are taking out the UHD sub
Please be aware that UHD is on top of HD & I think the list prices are £8pm (Edit £9) for HD & an additional £4pm for UHD although sometimes the options show a combined price
There actually 5 SKY Q main box variants
1TB non UHD
2TB UHD but not HDR (Hardware version 32B0xxx) Known here as a V1
2TB UHD / HDR (Hardware version 32B1xxx) Known here as a V2
1TB & 2TB UHD / HDR ( Both versions show as Hardware version 32B2xxx) Known here as a V3
Please note however that these Hardware versions & V1,V2& V3 are not terms that advisers know -
They only have 1TB Non UHD, 2TB UHD (non HDR) & 1TB/2TB UHD/HDR - although many advisers don't know about HDR & the systems are not great differentiating (you can't specifiy a 2TB V3 just 2TB HDR and may get either)
I would also point you at some notes I have put together for people thinking of moving to Q from SKY HD
If you do want further info on the £9 you quote perhaps we can help if you can post a pic of the offer
Edit : It seems I looked in the wrong place & now as @oldfella the £9 is the list price for just HD
